How We Hire

1. Online Application

Tell us about yourself by uploading your résumé and providing your contact details.

2. Phone or Video Introduction

You will be contacted by one of our Talent Partners or invited to complete a one-way video interview: it’s a chance to share more about your skills and attributes (beyond what’s shown on your résumé) and learn more about the role and working with us.

3. Interviews

Meet with your potential future manager and another representative for a formal interview to further showcase your skills and experience. A second-round interview and online psychometric testing may also form part of the process.

4. Further Checks

We’ll conduct reference checks and you’ll be required to participate in a pre-employment medical check. Some roles may also see you complete additional background checks.

5. Letter of Offer

We’ll contact you with the exciting news, outline the details of the offer and send through the official written offer and contract.

6. Before Your First Day

Once you’ve accepted your offer, we’ll send you a welcome pack with more information about working with us and any additional induction forms. Your manager will contact you before your first day to provide you with all the details that you need to prepare, such as protective personal equipment (PPE), parking and start times.
